After reviewing my skin condition today, I felt that my face was generally much oilier than usual. The shine was particularly strong around my forehead and nose, and the sebum appeared more prominent as the afternoon progressed. Even after washing my face, I could feel the oil returning after a short while.
I also noticed a few small pimples around my chin and on my cheeks. They weren't very red or painful, but they felt slightly bumpy to the touch. Looking closely in the mirror, I also felt like my pores were slightly clogged, and I suspected that the breakouts were caused by sebum buildup.
Today, I felt that the fine dust after going out and wearing a mask for a long time might have had an impact, and that staying up a little late and eating greasy food recently might also have played a role. So, I washed my face a bit more thoroughly than usual and applied a hydration-focused skincare routine to avoid irritating my skin.
Tomorrow, I plan to pay extra attention to hydration to prevent excessive oil production and be careful not to touch my face frequently with my hands. For the areas with breakouts, I intend to continue recording changes in my condition by focusing on soothing care without irritation.
