Lack of sleep is the enemy of the skin

This week has been insanely busy. I've been working overtime every day, getting barely a few hours of sleep, and going back to work repeatedly, and now my skin looks like it came from the future. I feel like I've aged 10 years in a flash...

I've noticed that when I don't get enough sleep, my skin elasticity drops noticeably. My cheeks look saggy, and fine lines I didn't even know I had become visible. That's exactly how I feel right now. I think I've hit the ugliest point; I wonder if I've ever been this unattractive in a long time, haha.

What should I do to restore my skin to its original condition in times like this? What do you do when your skin condition hits rock bottom due to lack of sleep or accumulated fatigue?

For now, I don't know what to do other than get a good night's sleep. Do I have to take another step down the path of accelerated aging like this?
