환절기라서 더 피부가 난리인거 같아요 꿀팁 감사해요
Even though the weather gets a bit chilly, I like running outdoors every evening, so I go around getting the cold wind right on my face. Around this time of year, the temperature difference makes it easy for my cheeks to turn red, crack, and peel.
So, whenever I come back from the gym, I always make sure to follow a cooling and soothing routine to restore my skin temperature. After cleansing my face thoroughly, I apply chilled aloe vera gel, kept in the refrigerator, to my face in a layer twice as thick as usual.
Leave it on like a mask for about 10 minutes to completely cool it down, then lightly rinse with lukewarm water and apply a thick layer of barrier-strengthening cream to create a protective coating. If I don't do this, my skin feels incredibly dry the next day, as if it's about to crack, and my makeup just cakes off. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, don't forget that cooling down is more important than moisturizing immediately after being exposed to cold wind!
