A good night's sleep is the key to lifting...

Before looking into expensive treatments to improve your skin, have you checked your 'sleep patterns' first? Lol. I cut back on sleep a bit lately, and my skin texture got so rough that I had a total mental breakdown.

Melatonin, which is released while sleeping, acts as an antioxidant to prevent aging, but I heard it doesn't work properly if you don't get enough sleep. I guess the best way to manage the reality of your 30s is definitely 'going to bed early' lol.

You've experienced how your face looks more vibrant after a good night's sleep because of improved blood circulation, right? Hahaha. Do you guys have your own tips for a good night's sleep? For me, I feel like my skin only comes back to life a bit after taking a warm shower, turning off all the lights, and lying down. Hehe.
