Nose Bridge Skin Condition Care Routine for the Changing Seasons
My eyesight is very poor, so I wear thick-rimmed glasses with lenses all day long. When it is dry like it is these days, my makeup clumps and white flakes of dead skin appear only on the skin around the nose pads that touch the bridge of my nose, making it look really messy.
So, I’ve developed my own seasonal skin care routine that focuses exclusively on the bridge of my nose before applying makeup in the morning. The key to this routine is lightly dabbing a hydrating primer onto a cotton swab and applying it in a circular motion to coat the area where the nose pads touch.
And around lunchtime, when my skin starts to get a little dry, I melt some multi-balm on my fingers and gently pat it on to maintain my skin condition routine for the changing seasons. Since I moisturize just the bridge of my nose separately like this, I've noticed that my makeup smudges and dead skin cells flake off much less when I take off my glasses. If you wear heavy glasses, your skin thins due to friction, so please pay special attention to hydration!
