Honestly, maybe it's because of the changing seasons, but I've been dreading looking in the mirror every morning lately. However, for some reason, my makeup went on quite well today, so I feel a bit strange. I was so tired after work yesterday that I couldn't even do a face mask; I just slathered on a generous amount of moisturizer and went to sleep. But now that I'm in my 30s, I really feel the truth of the saying that getting a good night's sleep is the best medicine, rather than expensive cosmetics. My complexion looks much clearer than yesterday. Lately, the corners of my mouth and eyes have been feeling dry and rough, so I was incredibly stressed about getting wrinkles. Fortunately, today there isn't much flaking, and when I press down with my finger, it feels like my skin has gained some elasticity, so I feel relieved. I am worried that dark circles will come back and my skin will get oily after lunch, but for now, I just hope this firm skin condition lasts for at least half the time until I get off work. I would be so happy if tomorrow were just like today, but even if it's a hassle, I think I should make sure to apply eye cream and a regenerating ampoule before bed.
