요즘 피부 트러블이 더 많이 나는 거 같은데 모델링팩 한 번 해봐야겠네요!
Sharing my skin care routine for the changing seasons (I tried everything and finally settled on this).
Isn't the weather absolutely insane these days? It's chilly in the mornings, hot during the day, and with the fine dust levels being such a mess, my skin is completely out of control—it's the perfect time for it to break out. I'm usually the type whose mouth cracks and face peels off from internal dryness around this time of year, but since I completely changed my routine recently, I'm at least managing to look presentable, so I wanted to share my experience.
First off, I start moisturizing immediately after washing my face, even before drying it. I keep a mist in the bathroom and spray it right away, then apply a thin layer of ampoule, letting it absorb about twice. I find this method brings out a much better inner glow than applying a thick layer of cream all at once. Also, I think it is really important to cool down the heat sensation with a modeling pack or sheet mask at least twice a week. Since losing elasticity happens in an instant now that I'm past my 30s, I make sure to include a regenerating line at night and try to get a good night's sleep.
Ultimately, during the change of seasons, I think you're halfway to success if you just stick to the basics—staying fully hydrated and maintaining your oil-water balance—rather than trying anything fancy. I hope everyone gets through this hurdle well and keeps their skin looking flawless!
