Today is Day 2 of my skin condition record

I used a face mask before bed over the weekend, so I started the morning feeling quite moisturized!

It wasn't drying, so I washed my face lightly and did my basic skincare and moisturizing properly.

And, seeing how my skin has cleared up a bit, it makes me think that I definitely need to get a lot of sleep to improve my skin condition.

I slept a lot on Sunday because I was tired, so my skin condition has improved a lot haha.

As expected, my skin seems dry and dull because I'm stressed during the week.

I think staying stress-free and getting plenty of sleep is really important for good skin condition!

And, sunscreen is always essential for skin protection!

I always feel this way, but I think sunscreen is the most important thing.

The more frequently you are exposed to the sun, the more you need to take care of it. Apply it often.
