Hello everyone, did you enjoy your dinner? I'm really stressed out because of facial flushing. Maybe it's because my skin is so thin, but my face turns bright red immediately with even the slightest temperature change or stress. It goes without saying when I go from the cold to a warm place in the winter, but even normally, whenever my emotions fluctuate a little, my cheeks turn like burning sweet potatoes, which is so embarrassing. I've thought about visiting a dermatologist, but the cost is a burden and I don't think it would be easy to go consistently, so I'm planning to try my own skincare routine at home first. If any members of this forum have overcome severe flushing, could you please share your personal skincare tips? Would it be helpful to put cooling aloe vera gel in the refrigerator and apply a thick layer like a mask?

 

Or, I'm wondering if applying something like a ceramide ointment to thicken the skin barrier would be an effective personalized skincare routine. I've heard that persistent heat sensations can enlarge pores and accelerate aging, so I really want to find my own skincare method to soothe my redness as soon as possible. Haha. Everyday tips, like the supplements you usually take or foods to avoid, would be great, so please share lots of valuable advice based on your experience.
