Sharing great home care tips for managing your skin at home

These days, while visiting a dermatologist is good, I feel that consistent care at home is even more important. So, I’d like to share some great home care tips that I’ve been practicing lately.

First of all, I think it's important not to use water that is too hot when washing your face. I used to think that washing with warm water for a long time was good, but I found that actually makes the skin drier. My first home care tip is to wash gently with lukewarm water and dry my skin by patting it dry with a towel instead of rubbing it.

And I think it is really important to moisturize immediately after washing your face. I soak a cotton pad with toner and gently pat my skin, and then I apply a hydrating essence or cream. On days when my skin is dry, I use a face mask, and I definitely feel like it improves my skin condition.

My final home care tip is getting enough sleep. No matter how good the products I use are, if I don't get enough sleep, it shows immediately on my skin. So these days, I'm trying to go to bed as early as possible.

It is a skincare routine I’ve been really satisfied with lately because it’s something I can practice consistently without spending a lot of money. If you happen to have any of your own home care tips, I’d love to hear them from you too.
