운동중에 땀이 많이나서 얼굴을 닦아 내는데 중간에 크림을 좀 더 발라야 하는건지 ㅠ 고민이네요
It isn't quite running season yet, but I'm working out hard indoors whenever the air quality is poor. There's nothing special about it, but I drink plenty of water and wash my face as soon as possible after exercising.
And I am practicing applying toner, ampoule, and moisturizing cream generously. I also apply thin layers multiple times.
My skincare might not be professional, but doing this seems to be helping the dryness improve a little. Everyone else looks like they have flawless skin, and I just have this feeling that I'm the only one who doesn't... It's nothing special, but I believe my skin will reward me someday.
