LDM관리 좋더라구요~ 스킨부스터는 자주가서 받을수록 피부 광채가 달라지는것 같아요
Sharing a routine to replenish the skin barrier while minimizing irritation for inner dryness and breakouts during the changing seasons.
Hello! As the wind has gotten colder in the mornings and evenings lately, have you noticed your skin turning red and feeling a sudden surge in tightness? I usually tend to focus on laser treatments for elasticity or pigmentation, but perhaps because my skin is more sensitive during the change of seasons, it felt like my skin was rejecting everything if I followed my usual routine. So this time, I decided to completely change my approach and go all-in on 'barrier repair.'
First of all, we have suspended all strong lasers that could cause irritation in dermatological procedures. Instead, to improve the skin's natural environment Skin booster (exosome or Rejuran Healer) After the procedure, for soothing and hydration LDM (Waterdrop Lifting) I am combining this with other skincare products. Since it replenishes moisture from within without artificial irritation, my dry, rough skin condition feels much more comfortable.
I also drastically streamlined my home care routine. I put functional ampoules like highly concentrated Vitamin C or retinol in the drawer for the time being, and immediately after cleansing, I use a viscous, runny toner to just open up the moisture pathways. On top of that, Panthenol and Ceramide I apply just one barrier cream, which is the main ingredient, 1.5 times thicker than usual, cover my face like a sleeping mask, and go to sleep. For cleansing, I finish in the morning with just a light water wash or a mildly acidic gel cleanser.
Since I definitely removed excess product and focused solely on hydration, the redness has subsided significantly, and my makeup is starting to apply well again. What treatments or skincare ingredients do you members usually use to get through skin breakouts during the change of seasons? If you have seen results from any soothing treatments at a dermatology clinic, please recommend them in the comments!
