A record of my skin condition today: the dullness that set in after working overtime

After pulling all-nighters for a few days ahead of the project deadline, my reflection in the mirror looks so unfamiliar. I was shocked when I checked my skin condition today and saw that my complexion looked completely sallow. My makeup wouldn't apply and looked cakey, so my confidence plummeted on my way to a meeting. I usually record my skin condition like this so I can compare it to when it's better later, but right now, I really desperately need a professional touch.
