Today is Day 2 of my skin condition record

I am relieved that my skin feels a little better than last time. Based on day 2 of my skin condition record, the overall dryness seems to have decreased slightly. Even after washing my face this morning, the tightness wasn't as severe as yesterday, and the surface of my skin felt slightly softer.

Instead, I have a different concern today. The dryness is less, but I felt like small blemishes were starting to appear on my forehead. I'm confused whether it's because I increased my moisturizing or if it's just my skin condition. It seems harder to manage when the skin changes like this rather than having just one problem.

Still, looking at my skin condition record for day 2 today, the dryness has definitely improved, so I feel a bit relieved. I will have to keep an eye on the breakouts tomorrow!!
