I've finally mustered up the courage to try the 'Switch On Diet' lol. But looking at the meal plan, it says I have to drink nothing but protein shakes four times a day for the first three days... My hands are already starting to tremble ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
My colleagues have already started, but the reality is I can't even bring myself to do it... I'm someone who absolutely can't live without a 'coffee fix,' so to think I have to quit caffeine and avoid social gatherings involving alcohol while working... lol. I can't sleep because I'm so worried about whether I'll be able to get through these grueling four weeks. Sob sob...
So maybe that's why I haven't been able to try yet..
Has anyone actually succeeded with this? Lol. Is it really true that if I just hold out for 3 days, the 'switch' for my body to burn fat efficiently gets flipped? ㅠㅠ Please share some real reviews!!
