Protecting your skin before and after a workout: A combination of sunscreen recommendations and a soothing pack

I’ve been taking light walks during my lunch break for my health, but the winter sun is surprisingly strong, so I realized that UV protection is essential. I was looking for a daily sunscreen that doesn't clump even when reapplied over makeup, so I’m currently using a recommended product. It’s gentle and doesn't sting my eyes, so I find myself reaching for it every day. I’m realizing once again that protection is indeed the foundation of a melasma management routine.

After returning from a workout, I replenish moisture with a daily face mask to soothe my skin irritated by the heater heat. Just leaving a skin-soothing mask on for 10 minutes is a huge help in maintaining my skin condition. Since protecting my skin texture is just as important as managing my figure, I am satisfied because taking such meticulous care of it before and after my workouts makes my complexion look much healthier than before.
