Hello everyone! Did you all have a safe and good day today? It’s hard to believe it’s already mid-March; time really flies like an arrow! Now that I’m in my 30s, unlike before, pillow marks linger longer when I wake up, and I can really feel that my skin elasticity isn't what it used to be. ㅠㅠ Especially since I used to relieve stress with alcohol, I’m often shocked when I see how dull and tired my complexion looks the next day. So recently, I’ve been trying my best to cut down on drinking for my health, and I feel so proud to see my skin texture visibly clearer now that I’m staying away from alcohol!! Haha.
To be honest, back in my 20s, I used to just casually apply a moisturizer before bed, but now layering ampoules multiple times starting from the basic skincare routine has become my go-to tip for skincare!! Especially during seasonal changes, internal dryness tends to get worse, so I make sure to apply products containing hyaluronic acid. If I combine this with a gua sha massage for even just 5 minutes every evening, it improves lymphatic circulation and feels like my facial contours are becoming more defined—it really feels like all the fatigue accumulated throughout the day just melts away. Now that I'm in my 30s, it feels like every single one of these daily habits determines my complexion, so I just can't bring myself to give them up!! Well, I do have to get married eventually... haha.
