It's day 6 of my skin log, but I forgot to record it again yesterday.
It's not easy to get into the habit of recording things every day, haha.
Yesterday, I used a face mask before going to bed for the first time in a while, and unlike when I didn't do anything, when I woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror, my skin felt much calmer.
In particular, the redness has subsided a lot, and my overall skin tone seems a bit more even.
The moisture also lasted longer than usual, so I didn't feel much dryness until I washed my face.
I realized once again that consistent management is important.
I thought it would be good to continue using a face mask at least two or three times a week.
It hasn't been completely improved yet, but it felt good to see these gradual changes.
