My ordinary skincare routine to slow down skin aging
I believe that while you can't stop skin aging, you can slow it down. That is why I tend to try to stick to simple yet essential things.
Make sure to drink water frequently. Don't mistake having coffee or other beverages for drinking water.
It seems like there are so many people who don't drink water except when eating. We really need to get into the habit!
Also, applying sunscreen is essential.
They say Vitamin D is good, but we're not Europeans, so... we're different. Since BB creams and bases containing sunscreen are available these days, I guess we should at least choose something like that.
And since it is difficult to do it every month, I try to go to a skin care shop at least quarterly.
I think going once in a while to utilize expert skills and equipment would definitely be very effective in preventing skin aging.
It might be a luxury to some, but I consider it an investment in myself.
