I've listed a few lifestyle habits that ruin your skin.

It is washing your face too vigorously, leaving a squeaky clean. Cleansing foam likely contains a lot of surfactants, so rubbing it continuously will destroy your skin barrier.

Another step is to rub vigorously with a towel to remove moisture. Since even healthy skin can become sensitive, I think it would be better to apply body lotion while it is still slightly damp.

Another habit is frequently resting your chin on your hand or touching your skin. I think this is a shortcut to unknowingly spreading bacteria from your hands to your face. In particular, you really shouldn't scratch. If you scratch it just because it itches and it leaves a scar, the consequences will be too severe.

Besides this, keeping a heater close or using a pillowcase that you can't remember when you last washed is also bad for your skin.

Your skin will probably be happy if you just don't follow the things I roughly listed.
