Yesterday, I was worried about the sebum and shine, but today, what bothers me the most is that my skin tone looks dull overall. I don't think I got a good night's sleep, and when I looked in the mirror this morning, my face looked a bit lifeless... It feels like my mood is sinking along with it.
So today, instead of trying to apply all sorts of products, I focused on giving my skin a boost of vitality. After thoroughly hydrating it with a toner and gently massaging it in, it did look a little less dull. I briefly considered using vitamin products, but since my skin has been sensitive lately, I decided to skip them today.
I'm also going to pay more attention to drinking water than usual, and I'm definitely going to try to go to bed a little earlier tonight. It seems like skin tone is definitely heavily influenced by lifestyle habits.
