The skincare routine I've been putting a lot of effort into lately is applying nourishing cream and giving myself a light face massage after washing my face.
If you massage gently with your fingertips from below the cheekbones to the temples, pushing upwards, you can feel your facial muscles relax and your complexion returning.
If you gently massage the lymph nodes behind your ears, the swelling subsides quickly in the morning, and you feel like your complexion becomes much clearer.
It is very economical because you don't need any fancy equipment and only need to invest 5 minutes a day. Even though it is a hassle, I am trying to do it consistently out of care for myself.
