Please tell me a body routine for seasonal skin care to eradicate back and chest acne.

Hello everyone. As the weather gets cooler and I start taking out my thick clothes, why have these unwelcome guests shown up on my body? The back acne and chest breakouts, which had been quiet all summer, have started popping up like crazy over the past few days, and it's so stressful. I'm already worried about facial blemishes, but having this on my body is driving me absolutely crazy.

 

I would like to ask for some advice on the general discussion board regarding your special seasonal skin care routines for calming down not only facial but also body breakouts. I heard that residue from rinse or treatment can cause breakouts if it touches my body while showering, so I started bending over to wash my hair and switched entirely to mild, acne-fighting body washes, but my skin shows absolutely no signs of subsiding. I am in a dilemma: if I skip applying any products to my body after showering, it becomes unbearably dry, but if I use a heavy lotion, I worry the breakouts will get worse. Would using a body mist containing tea tree oil or BHA be an effective routine for managing skin condition during the changing seasons? Or maybe scrubbing off all the dead skin cells with a body scrub once or twice a week would actually be the surefire way to treat my breakouts? I have absolutely no idea ㅠㅠ I desperately want to hear the tearful stories of members showing off their smooth backs as they overcome their breakouts, along with hidden tips for skin care routines for the changing seasons ㅠㅠ Please, please share your secrets so I can confidently wear low-cut clothes too haha. You all worked hard today, and I hope you get a good night's sleep!
