Hello everyone. I was so stressed and worried about this and that all day that I was afraid to look in the mirror as soon as I got home. Sure enough, when I took a look at my bare face to wash it, I saw a few red pimples suddenly pop up around my chin and between my eyebrows, and I honestly wanted to cry. In a fit of anger, I felt like I needed to record my skin condition today and vent to everyone just to feel satisfied, so I am writing this post.
Does your skin declare strike immediately like mine does on days when you are extremely stressed or super tired? Usually, I only get a few breakouts around the time of my period, but today was particularly bad. It stung and bothered me even while I was washing my face with cleansing foam, haha. I'm really torn about whether it would be better to apply a thick spot patch right away to calm down these red blemishes that appeared like unwelcome guests, or to dab a little tea tree oil onto a cotton swab. As I write down my skin condition today, I find myself deeply reflecting on whether my skin barrier might have broken down even more because I haven't been drinking enough plain water lately and have been eating irregularly while trying to control my diet. I have an important gathering this weekend, so please, if anyone knows an emergency treatment method to completely soothe this redness before then, please save me! I want to see my skin improve as soon as possible by recording my condition every day, but right now, the future looks bleak.
