Seasonal Skin Condition Management Routine to Withstand Intense Salt and Sun

As I ride rough waves and surrender my body to the seawater every weekend, my skin is severely damaged due to high salt content and reflected ultraviolet rays from the sea surface.

 

I strictly follow my own seasonal skin condition management routine to protect and restore my skin from external stimuli.

 

Gently washing off salt with a mildly acidic cleanser instead of a regular foam cleanser immediately after coming out of the sea is the most basic step of my skin condition management routine during the changing seasons.

 

After showering, I diligently follow my skin condition management routine for the changing seasons by generously applying a panthenol-containing barrier-strengthening essence to my face and neck to repair the damaged stratum corneum.

 

Seawater and strong winds rapidly strip the skin of moisture, so without immediate and intensive moisturization, it can lead directly to severe skin aging. If you enjoy marine sports, please be sure to incorporate this systematic care.
