I am sharing my skin condition management routine for the changing seasons.

I lead a daily life where I must spend long hours in front of a massive stove, constantly exposing my face to heat and oil-mixed steam. When temperatures drop sharply, the contrast between the kitchen heat and the outside cold air causes the skin barrier to break down easily, so I am strictly practicing a routine to manage my skin condition during the changing seasons. The first key element of my routine is thoroughly dissolving the oil tangled in my pores with a gentle cleansing milk after returning home. Immediately after washing my face, I complete this perfect routine by applying a thick layer of chilled hydrating gel to soothe and shrink pores that have been stretched by the heat. Continuous exposure to intense heat inevitably leads to rapid loss of moisture as well as a decline in skin elasticity. Those who work in high-temperature environments must pay special attention to immediately cooling down the heat sensation and deep cleansing after returning home to maintain a healthy skin condition.
