I try to keep my shower time under 15 minutes. After showering, I use a towel exactly once, only to remove large water droplets. Then, I apply moisturizer immediately afterward.
I tend to use a gua sha or face roller from time to time.
I also sleep with a towel under my pillow. Washing the cover is a hassle, too. I don't change it every day, but I tend to change it frequently.
I have a strange habit of turning to my right side when I sleep. It’s not easy to break, but I try my best to sleep straight on my back, facing the sky.
It's strange, but why is it so uncomfortable to sleep on my left side? I keep tossing and turning.
Lastly, I recommend reapplying sunscreen frequently. Instead of stopping at just once in the morning, I reapply it throughout the day. I don't see immediate results, but I think it's better than applying it only once.
I need to get into the habit of doing a face mask every day, but I can't stick with it for more than a few days.
