I intended to just watch a little bit of the new Netflix release yesterday, but I couldn't stop and ended up binge-watching it until 4 AM.

Sure enough, looking in the mirror this morning, it looks like I’m going to leave a record of my disastrous skin condition today. My dark circles under my eyes have extended all the way down to my chin, and my skin texture is so rough that even when I apply toner, it just sits on the surface.
Even though I know how scary sleep deprivation is, I keep repeating the same mistakes.
I tried to roughly cover it up with makeup, but my internal dryness was so severe that my foundation caked and cracked. This is a record of my skin condition today, which is truly depressing. Because my skin is dry, the fine wrinkles around my eyes and mouth seem to look deeper every time I smile, to the point where I'm afraid to look in the mirror.
