I recommend the home care item I use every day these days.
Hello, sisters! It's already the weekend.
Now that I’ve turned a new decade, I find it really hard to even make time to visit a dermatologist. It’s difficult to get an appointment, and the cost is quite steep. So these days, I’m investing at least 10 minutes a day at home to focus on recommending "home care items I use every day." I’m going to share some amazing items that I’ve personally used and that have given me compliments on my clearer complexion!
The first is the Riddle Shot, which is really popular these days. It stung a bit at first, so I couldn't get used to it, but I could definitely feel a difference in how my skincare products absorbed. Since it refines my skin texture every evening, the way my makeup applies the next day is noticeably different. I highly recommend using this as a daily home care item, especially on days when my face feels dull and tired. I feel at ease only when I start managing my skin condition with this. I think it's worth giving a try if you have concerns about your pores!
The second is a classic yet powerful modeling pack. Sheet masks are good too, but I've found that nothing compares to a modeling pack for cooling down skin heat. I feel like my skin gains elasticity even when my facial temperature drops by just one degree, so I make sure to use one after showering. Even though it can be a bit of a hassle, seeing the firm texture of my skin after peeling it off makes it impossible for me to neglect taking care of my skin condition. The effect is doubled if you use it with a chilled ampoule from the refrigerator!
Lastly, there is a cost-effective high-frequency device. While there are many expensive brand products, I've found that there are plenty of decent devices available in the low 100,000 won range these days. I roll it on in absorption mode for about 5 minutes as the final step of my skincare routine, and the inner glow comes out much better than when I apply it with my hands. Just sticking to this routine every evening makes managing my skin condition feel much easier.
Ultimately, I think consistency is the answer to skincare in your 30s. Even without spending a fortune, I believe that if you just take care of your skin a little bit every day with products that suit you, you will definitely look different in a year or two!
What home care items do you recommend using every day these days? If you happen to have any "holy grail" products that you think are truly revolutionary, please share the information in the comments. :)
