But now that I'm in my mid-30s, if I skip my home skincare routine for even a single day, my complexion immediately becomes dull. Especially these days with such drastic temperature fluctuations, I can feel my skin barrier breaking down in real time, so I'm paying extra attention to it.

So today, I’d like to share a recommendation list of home care items I use every day—items that you simply can’t miss even amidst a busy lifestyle like mine. They aren’t anything fancy, but these are products where I definitely felt a difference in my skin texture after using them consistently!

First off, my absolute favorite home care item that I use every day is the 'soothing modeling pack.' Although it is a bit of a hassle compared to a sheet mask, applying it cool after a shower instantly cools down the heat irritated throughout the day, and I can really feel my skin becoming firm and supple. It definitely feels like just managing heat well slows down the aging process for skin in your 30s, so I really can't leave this out. Haha.

And the second home care item I’d like to recommend that I use every day is a cost-effective 'galvanic massager.' It’s useless to apply an expensive essence if it doesn’t absorb, right? Just massaging it for about 5 minutes as the last step of my skincare routine makes a noticeable difference right from the touch of my fingertips when I wash my face the next morning. My makeup applies perfectly as well, so looking in the mirror every morning is a real joy.

Finally, if I make sure to apply a highly moisturizing balm thoroughly before and after going out, I complete my perfect routine! Honestly, it’s not a grand secret, but I believe that these small habits come together to determine my skin 10 years from now, so I’m diligently taking care of it. :)
