Seasonal Skin Condition Management Routine for the Survival of Late-Night Workers

It’s the change of seasons, so my skin is cracking and peeling like a parched rice paddy field. Perhaps because I’m in my 30s, my skin’s resilience isn’t what it used to be, so I’ve launched a seasonal skin care routine just to survive. After work, I always create a moisture barrier with an oil mist, and twice a week, I nourish my skin with a highly nutritious mask pack. On busy weekdays, just using the combination of the Lidl Shot and a moisturizing cream makes a noticeable difference in my complexion the next morning. These days, I’m painfully realizing that proper care is the answer.
