듀얼 모니터 열기에 사무실 히터까지 더해지면 속건조는 심해지고 겉만 번들거리는 '수부지' 상태가 되기 딱 좋은데 정말 고생이 많으시네요!
I'm asking for a question about my personal skincare routine as a planner who stares at a monitor all day.
Hello everyone! Haha. I'm an office worker working as a service planner at a platform company. Due to the nature of my job, I have to keep dual monitors turned on all day and stare intently at the screens. Because of that, whether it's due to the blue light or the dryness of the office, by the time I get off work, my face is covered in oil and I feel like my insides are going to break. I desperately need some personal skincare tips from those of you who also stare at monitors all day like me, so I'm asking for help on the general discussion board.
To begin with, just to survive, I keep a large humidifier running next to my desk and spray mist whenever I get a spare moment—that’s the only skincare routine I can manage at work. Honestly, however, the relief only lasts while I’m spraying it; it doesn't solve the underlying dryness at all. When I look in the mirror at the restroom during lunchtime, my foundation is all caked on and it’s a total mess. Haha. Is there anyone here who works in an office who knows a real secret skincare tip that keeps makeup from smudging while providing intense hydration?
I rarely use things like stick multi-balms because it feels like dust just sticks to them when I apply them over makeup. I'm curious if there are any innovative items or routines out there. I would also welcome your personal skincare tips for a quick and intense moisturization session at home after work!! I would be so grateful if you could share your secrets for brightening up my skin tone, which gets dull from the heat of the monitor. Please share tons of tips in the comments so that all you working professionals can maintain flawless skin together!
