Please share some cosmetic reviews before I raid the duty-free shops in preparation for my trip to Okinawa this fall haha

It's still a bit far off, but I'm planning a family trip to Okinawa this October haha. So I've booked the plane tickets and am already happily agonizing over filling my online duty-free shopping cart with cosmetics ㅠㅠ. I'm thinking of taking advantage of the duty-free opportunity to completely overhaul my skincare routine that I couldn't afford before, but I stopped by the General Discussion Board to hear your candid and honest cosmetic reviews before I actually pay haha. No matter how much of a discount you get, it's all for nothing if it doesn't suit you ㅠㅠ.

Since I have combination skin (oily T-zone, dry cheeks), I absolutely cannot use rich, oily nourishing creams. I'm curious if those famous department store moisturizing creams really do effectively relieve inner dryness! Has anyone ever felt like they wasted their money buying something expensive only to find it smelled good but didn't work well? On the other hand, if there are any absolute must-have items that you absolutely have to stock up on whenever you go duty-free, please, please share your honest cosmetic reviews! I am truly desperate for reviews from people who have actually used famous items like the Advanced Night Repair serum or Pitera consistently.

Besides department store cosmetics, I also love after-sun care products or soothing masks that are good to apply when you get a lot of sun exposure while traveling!! I get stressed when taking photos if my skin breaks out, so I plan to look for gentle products in advance haha.
