I'm considering a face lift because of sagging skin, but I'm worried about side effects.

Lately, as I get a year or two older, I’ve been painfully feeling the force of gravity on my skin. When I look in the mirror, unlike before, my deep cheek fat seems to be sagging slightly downwards like bulldog cheeks, and the nasolabial folds next to my nose have noticeably deepened. It makes me feel so depressed and upset. Expensive firming cosmetics just aren't working to tighten my sagging face line, so I’m looking into laser lifting. However, there are so many different types of devices that I’m suffering from severe decision paralysis. It seems like everyone at the dermatology clinic treats ultrasound lifting procedures like Shurink or Ulthera as a standard routine, but my biggest fear is getting the procedure done without thinking and potentially experiencing scary side effects like hollowing out my cheeks.

My face shape is naturally thin with very little flesh on my cheekbones and sides, so I've been hesitant to decide on a lift because I'm worried that if the procedure isn't done properly, I might end up looking gaunt and skeletal. Also, since my skin is very thin and sensitive, I get really scared when I see posts from others about severe side effects like burns or blisters caused by heat after the procedure. I've heard great word about the directors at Maypure being meticulous and thorough, adjusting the number of shots and energy levels to perfectly fit each individual's face shape to design the lift. However, to avoid potential side effects, what specific issues should I definitely mention to the director during the pre-procedure consultation? I've heard that simply using a high number of shots and strong energy doesn't guarantee a beautiful result, so please share some tips on how someone with thin skin and no cheek fat like me can safely get a lift!
