I heard it doesn't shrink pores, but makes them less visible. Is that true?
The thing that bothers me the most these days is my pores.
I used to think my skin was fine as long as I didn't get acne, but at some point, the pores on the sides of my nose and in my butterfly zone started becoming very visible.
You know how pores look bigger, especially in sunlight or under bathroom lighting.
Whenever that happens, I find myself looking closely at my face for no reason, and then I see the pores, and eventually, the stress starts again.
When I apply primer, it looks a bit smooth at first, but over time, it feels like it actually settles into the pores.
I found that if I apply foundation thinly, my pores show, but if I apply it thickly, it feels more stuffy and looks messier when it starts to wear off.
I've tried various pore care products, but honestly, they only feel matte the moment you apply them; I don't really notice any actual reduction in pore size.
I've looked it up and read that once pores enlarge, it's difficult for them to close completely, and that you just need to manage sebum and elasticity to make them less visible. Is this true?
So, I'm starting to wonder if pore care is ultimately a long-term battle.
I am wondering if sebum control, elasticity care, and skin texture care need to be included together.
If anyone has tried Fraxel or skin boosters for enlarged pores, how satisfied were you?
