My personal steam towel routine that gently melts away blackheads without irritation.
I would like to share my personal home care routine for gently managing the dark blackheads embedded around my nose without irritation.
I used to use peel-off nose strips frequently, but they only widened my pores and made my skin red, so I completely changed my method.
Once a week, after washing your face, lightly heat a towel soaked in warm water in the microwave to make a steam towel.
If you cover your entire face with a moderately warm towel for about five minutes, hardened sebum and pores will naturally open up.
In that state, generously soak a cotton pad with a special lotion for dissolving sebum, place it on your nose, and let it soften for about ten minutes.
After some time passes and you remove the cotton pad, you can visually confirm that white sebum has risen to the surface of the pores.
The key here is to absolutely not squeeze with your hands, but to gently remove only the sebum that has come to the surface by rolling a sterilized cotton swab over it.
To finish, wash your face with cold water and apply a cooling pack that tightens pores; this will help you achieve a very smooth nose tip without redness.
Since no physical force is applied, the skin barrier does not break down, and on the contrary, the skin texture has become much softer, so I am satisfied.
If you have been suffering from side effects of nose packs, I hope you will definitely switch to this method using a steam towel, even if it is a little inconvenient.
