I'm curious about mosquito bite scars...

A few years ago, while I was doing outdoor activities, I was bitten by mosquitoes so many times outside. I had no choice but to expose my skin, and I remember wearing something like slippers on my bare feet, and I got bitten so many times. As you can see in the picture below, there are scars that look like red spots.

So, especially in the summer, I feel a bit upset whenever I look at my feet. I get bitten by so many mosquitoes that I end up with scars like spots. How can I get rid of these mosquito bite scars at a dermatologist?

Could laser treatments like this erase these scars?
