Is Pico Toning suitable for concerns regarding melasma and blemishes?

I am leaving an inquiry regarding Pico Toning.

Lately, I'm really worried because the brown spots on my face—I'm not sure if they're melasma or blemishes—feel like they're getting a little darker.

In the past, makeup could cover it up to some extent, but lately, even when I apply a thick layer of cushion foundation, my cheekbones look dull and raised, which is causing me quite a bit of stress.

I looked it up and it seems like many people get Pico Toning for concerns about melasma or pigmentation. Would it be possible to get a consultation even if I'm not sure exactly whether it's melasma or blemishes, like I am?

My skin is thin and slightly sensitive, so I am worried that it might get darker or turn red if I get a laser treatment.

I am also curious about how many Pico Toning sessions are typically required to see noticeable lightening of pigmentation. I know I shouldn't expect dramatic results after just one or two sessions, but I would like to know in advance how often treatments are recommended. I am also wondering if you differentiate between melasma and blemishes during the consultation.
