Cost of CO2 laser removal of bumpy skin tags and age spots around the neck and collarbone

Recently, dozens of tiny, flesh-colored, bumpy skin tags have started spreading across my nape, around my collarbone, and on my upper chest. At first, I thought they would disappear on their own, but as time passed, they grew larger and turned dark, resembling age spots. This makes my neck look messy and aged, so I am hesitant to wear low-cut clothing. I would like to know if it is possible to remove these skin tags around my neck cleanly and without leaving a trace using a CO2 laser at Maypure. There appear to be roughly over 30 of them just by looking at them; is the cost calculated per tag, or are there separate packages for specific areas? Also, for how many days should I wear the regenerative tape patch after the procedure?
