Nose pore laser? I'm curious about the care.

As I enter my 30s, I’ve gradually noticed that my skin isn’t what it used to be, but what worries me most these days is the pores on my nose. I used to think it was just a bit of excess sebum, but lately, my pores are noticeable right after washing my face, and they actually stand out even more when I wear makeup, which is stressing me out. In particular, it seems like the pores on the sides of my nose have widened, so I get self-conscious even when taking photos.

I've tried cleansing and pore masks at home, and even switched skincare products, but it only provides a temporary slight improvement, and I don't really see any definite changes. So, I'm thinking of getting a procedure done at a dermatology clinic this time, but I've noticed there are quite a few types of pore treatments. There are lasers like Fraxel and PicoFraxel, and it seems there are also procedures that improve skin elasticity along with pores, so I'm not sure which one to choose.
