Recently, dozens of tiny, flesh-colored, bumpy skin tags have started spreading across my nape, around my collarbone, and on my upper chest. At first, I thought they would disappear on their own, but as time passed, they grew larger and turned dark, resembling age spots. This makes my neck look messy and aged, so I am hesitant to wear low-cut clothing. I would like to know if it is possible to remove these skin tags around my neck cleanly and without leaving a trace using a CO2 laser at Maypure.
