I am curious about the treatment time for blemishes on dry and sensitive skin.

My skin is naturally dry and tends to become easily sensitive during seasonal changes, so I am constantly concerned about tightness and hydration after washing my face. I have melasma that appeared after pregnancy, and I also see spots of varying sizes and colors, so I am worried whether they are all the same pigmentation or if I need to have them checked separately. I also get acne occasionally, and I have never had any skin treatments.

During the consultation for blemish treatment, do you first differentiate between broad spots like melasma and small, distinct spots? I am also curious if you reduce the treatment area or wait for the skin to calm down on days when the skin is very dry or if there are breakouts.

Is the duration of the first blemish treatment usually determined by including the time needed to check the skin condition? For sensitive skin, is the reaction of a small area observed first rather than treating a large area at once? Please also let me know how best to prepare for moisturizing and soothing before and after the procedure.
