How should I adjust my cosmetics and home care before and after the Quadsay procedure?

I am a 30-year-old woman concerned about acne and enlarged pores. I haven't decided which treatment to receive yet, and I would like to know what I need to prepare in my daily life before the laser consultation. If I am considering the QuadSay treatment, what specific cosmetics or skincare products do I need to disclose before the consultation? I am wondering if simply writing down the product names is sufficient, or if it would be helpful to also list the ingredients and frequency of use.

In particular, when using exfoliating or acne products, is it better to consult a medical professional and adjust the routine rather than stopping them unconditionally? I would also like to know how simply I should keep cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection during pre- and post-Quad Say care. On days when I feel my skin has become sensitive, I would like to know if I can adjust my schedule based on my condition that day, and I should be advised on any symptoms that require me to contact them in advance.

After the procedure, would it be better to check my existing products first rather than immediately adding new ones? When receiving guidance regarding Quadsay, I would appreciate it if I could also receive an explanation distinguishing between normal temporary reactions and those that require contacting the clinic. I would like to receive instructions tailored to my skin condition rather than having a fixed treatment period applied uniformly to everyone, and I would also like to confirm during the consultation how to contact the clinic if I experience any discomfort while managing my care at home.
