Can Pico Toning also be used to manage marks left behind after acne has subsided?

I tend to get acne frequently on my chin and cheeks, and once the inflammation subsides, brown marks linger for a long time. The new breakouts are a problem, but because new marks appear before the old ones fade, my skin always looks messy. Even though I try not to touch them, the marks don't seem to disappear easily.

I am wondering if Pico Toning is possible for these types of pigmentation marks. If I currently have minor breakouts, would it be better to finish my acne treatment first before proceeding with Pico Toning? I would also like to know if it is possible to combine both treatments depending on my skin condition.

I am curious about how long it usually takes for the marks to fade after the procedure, and if there are cases where the pigmentation actually darkens. Please also advise on what specific precautions acne-prone skin should take when considering Pico Toning, as well as things to check before the procedure.
