How is the scope of the test irradiation and the main treatment distinguished during the laser consultation?

I would like to inquire about the general criteria regarding the "test treatment" mentioned before booking a laser consultation. I would like to know if checking the reaction on a small area first is necessary in all cases, or if medical staff determine its necessity differently depending on the type of pigmentation and skin condition. If a test is conducted, could you please explain the criteria used to distinguish between proceeding immediately to the entire area and making a decision after observing the reaction for a certain period?

I would like to know what information I need to prepare for the consultation, such as recent sun exposure, cosmetics and medications currently in use, and previous treatment history. I would also like to know if the cost of the test is separate from the main procedure, and if the quote clearly distinguishes the scope of the check and what soothing care is included. I would like to know if this is a process where I can make a selection after my skin condition has been assessed first, rather than simply concluding that a particular method is better.

I would like to know how I am guided on cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection while observing my reaction, as well as the criteria used to classify expected reactions such as redness or stinging, and changes that require contacting the hospital. Please also let me know if it is acceptable to make a decision after only reviewing the explanation and costs, without proceeding with the treatment on the day of the consultation.
