I have more freckle-like blemishes on the bridge of my nose and cheeks. What should I look for first during the consultation?
Lately, when I look closely in the mirror, I notice that there are more small, brown spots resembling freckles on the bridge of my nose and upper cheeks than before. Even though I made sure to apply sunscreen all summer, they seem to have become more distinct now that late autumn has arrived, so it is bothering me. Even when I try to cover them with makeup, the spots on my nose wear off quickly, so they reappear by the afternoon. I am looking into laser treatments, but there are so many types that I don't really know where to start for a consultation.
1. What criteria do you use to distinguish between freckles and melasma during a consultation?
2. Do I manage oily areas like the bridge of the nose in the same way as the cheeks?
3. If redness or scabs form after the procedure, to what extent is it possible to resume daily activities, such as going to work?
4. What should I pay attention to on a daily basis to prevent it from becoming darker again in the spring after managing it in the winter?
I attached the photo below for reference because it feels similar to my concerns.

- 01CommentsI understand your desire to make a decision after understanding the frequency and costs. Could I also receive written guidance on the settlement criteria if I change the plan midway?220026.10.30
- 02CommentsI agree with your point about the criteria for re-evaluating midway through the process rather than just the initial visit. It would be helpful to receive separate explanations for cases where there is little change or where the stimulation remains. It would be easier to understand if I received a written guide outlining the conditions for photo comparison at home and the contact situation, rather than waiting until the appointment date.240026.10.30

- 01CommentsTreatment for blemishes is usually recommended at least 3 to 5 times. Acne marks may require more treatment than general blemishes because the depth of pigmentation varies.560026.10.27

- 01CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!6990026.10.22

- 03CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?640026.10.08
