What are the features of InMode, and how are submental fat and sagging skin distinguished during a consultation?

When the area under my chin looks dull, it's hard to tell from photos alone whether it's due to excess fat or loose skin. I haven't actually had any procedures done yet, so I'm writing this post to ask what I should ask first during a consultation at Maypure. I'd like to know if the treatment chosen differs depending on the cause, even if the concerns are the same.

I saw an explanation stating that FX and FORMA address different areas within InMode. Rather than wondering if I absolutely need to use both methods, I am curious about the process for determining which consultation is necessary for me. Can you explain the approximate proportion of fat versus sagging simply by directly examining the area under my chin or moving my facial expressions?

I am also curious if the jawline visible from the front and the area under the chin in the side profile are checked separately during the InMode consultation. If I wish to preserve volume in the cheeks, I would like to know if you mark the areas to be left untouched in advance, and what criteria you use to adjust the plan for areas with thin skin.

Rather than deciding on the InMode procedure right away, I would like to start by getting an explanation of the changes I can expect and any potential difficulties. Even if fat isn't the primary cause or if other issues need to be verified before focusing on skin elasticity, would it be possible to just have a consultation and leave? This is not a review claiming definitive results, but rather an inquiry asking for the criteria to be verified during the initial consultation.
