Is Ulthera suitable for loss of facial elasticity in someone in their late 50s?

As I get older, I really feel that my skin isn't what it used to be.

Wrinkles are increasing one by one, but lately I'm worried because my face feels like it's losing elasticity and sagging overall.

In particular, the area below my cheeks and my jawline aren't as distinct as they used to be, and wrinkles have formed around the corners of my mouth, so I worry every time I look in the mirror.

I am diligently moisturizing at home and applying firming cream, but I feel that it is difficult to manage already sagging skin with cosmetics alone.

So this time, I plan to consult with a dermatologist about elasticity-related procedures.

I am looking into Ulthera treatment at Maypure, and I am wondering if it is suitable for someone in their late 50s.

I don't have a lot of facial fat, so I'm worried that getting a lifting procedure might actually make my cheeks look sunken.

I would also like to know if Ulthera alone is sufficient for managing both wrinkles and sagging, or if separate wrinkle care is required.

I want to manage my skin elasticity naturally rather than seeing an overly artificial change in my face. Which procedure would be best to consult about first?
