I am concerned about both nasolabial folds and sagging jawline. What criteria should I use when choosing my first lifting procedure?

Lately, when I take photos, the nasolabial folds around my mouth look deeper than before, and I can feel my jawline becoming a little less defined. Especially when I look down or on tired days, my cheeks look saggy, so I get self-conscious about being told I look older. As the cold winds start blowing and my skin becomes dry, my fine lines seem to stand out even more.

I'm thinking of starting skin firming treatments, but there are so many types of lifting procedures that I don't know what criteria to use to choose one.

1. I am curious what you look at first during a consultation when nasolabial folds and sagging jawline are present together.

2. If I am getting a lifting procedure for the first time, what factors should I consider when choosing a treatment?

3. I would also like to know roughly when the effects appear naturally and how long they last.

4. I would also like to ask if there is any care that is good to do together when receiving treatment during the dry season.

Since this is my first time, I have a lot of questions, so I would really appreciate it if you could answer them.
