I'm in my early 30s, but I already feel like my jawline is sagging. Would Ultherapy be a good option?
Lately, I'm so self-conscious about my jawline whenever I take photos.
I don't actually have a lot of facial fat, but I feel like my jawline looks less defined than before.
It’s especially upsetting because even though it looks fine when viewed from the front, the area under my chin isn't as distinct as it used to be when I turn my head slightly or look at my profile.
I'm still in my early 30s, but I'm wondering if I should look into lifting treatments already.
I looked into Ulthera treatment at Maypure. Would it be worth getting a consultation even if I am concerned about my jawline gradually sagging like me?
I have the impression that Ultherapy is a procedure for older people, so I am wondering if it is too early to get it now.
Also, I saw a comment saying that if someone with little cheek fat gets a lift, their face might actually look thinner, so I'm worried.
I would like to naturally manage only my jawline rather than my entire face, and I am wondering if the treatment area can be adjusted by specific area.
Since I work, swelling and recovery time are important to me, so I would like to consult about these aspects as well.

- 01CommentsEven if you are consulting about both jawline sagging and a square jaw, receiving separate explanations on the effects of skin thickness, fat volume, and muscle will help clarify your selection criteria. Please prepare any medications you are currently taking and your history of previous treatments, and assess the possibility of swelling or bruising to align with your schedule, which requires you to return to work on Monday. Rather than assuming full recovery based solely on the weekend procedure, it would be best to receive guidance on a follow-up date.260026.10.29

- 03CommentsIf this is your first time inquiring, it would be helpful to distinguish between the changes immediately after the procedure and when the progress will be evaluated later. Determine your priority goal between jawline or skin elasticity, and check methods to minimize pain as well as the procedure for reporting any discomfort. Discuss the possibility of swelling or bruising along with the schedule during the consultation, and I am also curious if the decision regarding repeat treatments can be made after observing the initial reaction.230026.10.29
- 01CommentsIf you are concerned about wrinkles around your eyes and mouth along with sagging, the number of shots and cost will likely vary significantly depending on whether you treat your entire face at once or focus on the areas of concern. It will be easier to compare these factors if you ask during the consultation to explain the treatment plan by area, the recommended number of sessions, and the timeline for seeing results.820026.10.22
- 02CommentsI totally understand being scared that it might still hurt even with the numbing cream on, haha. If you let them know beforehand that you are sensitive to pain, they will check on your condition periodically. It would also be a good idea to ask about how long it takes for the swelling to go down, taking your late-night work schedule into account.870026.10.25

- 01CommentsSince you are looking into a consultation before a family event, I imagine you are particularly curious about the recovery period. Although I have no experience with the procedure, I would like to ask about dryness management and the lifting schedule during the consultation. Would it be helpful to explain the schedule if I also let you know how much time is left until the event?840026.10.08
- 02CommentsSince satisfaction varies depending on the desired changes and your actual skin condition, it is recommended that you first consult about the underlying causes of your indistinct jawline. Check the expected changes and limitations for each area, and receive guidance on pain management methods and how to handle redness or marks if they occur. Aside from reviews from others, asking about cases where the treatment might not be suitable for you and when to check the progress after the first procedure will help you make an informed decision.2640026.10.21
